Customer service response regarding not being able to offer design help.
Hi ___________, thank you for your email! While we print high quality, professional stickers and labels for you, unfortunately we are not able to help with full Graphic Design. We wish we could help out with label / sticker design, but we are limited to minor design assistance and advice on how to send us your print-ready files. Leapin’ Lizard is a print shop and does not offer design firm products at this time such as branding, logo design, or label design. Focusing on printing helps us move your project through as quickly as possible so we can get beautiful labels in your hands faster than anyone else. We recommend searching Google for a local freelance designer, or checking out Canva.com, fiverr.com, 99designs.com, or upwork.com as these are great online resources!Minor edits we can help with include small text changes, color changes, logo placement, and more. Please feel free to send us your project for review and we will let you know if we can assist! Our editing rate is charged at $50 per hour with the first half hour free. We will provide you with a good faith estimate of how much time we think your modifications will take.
Leapin’ Lizard is not responsible for errors that may occur when we make any alterations to your artwork. Please review your digital proof carefully for spelling, accuracy, sizing, etc. before approval. We also highly recommend ordering physical press proofs anytime changes are made to original artwork.
