How to respond to a customer that is missing labels or rolls from their order.

Thanks for reaching out, I apologize for the missing labels. I will initiate a reprint right away but in the meantime, can you do me a favor and double check the rolls you do have? We keep physical copies of every order we produce and I do show that we printed these labels. It is possible that the missing labels were accidentally combined with other labels from your order.
