How to conduct press proof follow ups

The purpose of press proof follow ups and the steps to do them

 

TLDR:

Purpose: At this stage, most of the details have been nailed down with a lot of our time and energy invested, so the chances of converting clients are high and important!

  • After the designer has conducted 3 follow-ups with no response, they will enter the client's info in voided-potential-clients slack channel.
  • Choose the appropriate blurb below to email to client.
  • If no response, follow-up 7 days later with blurb listed below.
  • Still no response? Void estimate in Cyrious and mark deal as Close Lost in Hubspot.
  • Report to Kristina at the end of the month the clients who never responded.

 

The purpose:

These folks are so close to converting, they may just need a little push! The designers and CSR team have invested time and energy to get them this far so the chances of getting them to convert are higher since most of the hard work is done.

Press Proof Follow-Up:

  • After the designer has followed up 3 times, they will list the necessary info in the voided-potential-clients slack channel.
  • Review email thread, mark the CSR in Cyrious as Lexie and then reach out with one of the blurbs below:

We don’t want to bother you, so just remember that 20% off your first order discount!

  • Still no response? Void estimate in Cyrious and mark deal as Close Lost in Hubspot.
  • If client responds and wants to move forward, give them back to the designer they were working with before. Send the designer a slack letting them know the situation. 
  • At the end of the month, give Kristina the names of all the potential clients who didn’t respond.
