How to Create Knowledge Base Articles
Use this to learn the steps in creating knowledge base articles in the Leapin' Lizard Labels ecosystem.
- Click on the "Service" tab in HubSpot, and click on "Knowledge Base"
- Click "Create Article"
- Give your article a title
- Tell the team what the article is about.
- List all the steps in creating a Knowledge Base article.
- Click the Settings Tab and assign a category and sub-category
- Click Publish
