How to Create Knowledge Base Articles

Use this to learn the steps in creating knowledge base articles in the Leapin' Lizard Labels ecosystem.

• Click on the "Service" tab in HubSpot, and click on "Knowledge Base"
• Click "Create Article"
• Give your article a title
• Tell the team what the article is about. 
• List all the steps in creating a Knowledge Base article. 
• Click the Settings Tab and assign a category and sub-category
• Click Publish
