[B-Corp](https://asklexie.leapinlizardlabels.com/b-corp?hsLang=en) # Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan ## The goal of this action plan is to outline actions that employees have expressed interest in during yearly surveys. This action plan is not exhaustive and is subject to change as employee JEDI needs change within the organization. The actions outlined in this plan are based on survey results and will be measured and reviewed on a yearly basis. This plan will be constantly available to the team in the most up to date format via Google Drive and included on yearly sustainability reports  **JEDI Commitment** Justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) are integral to the values, goals, and culture of Leapin’ Lizard Labels. Driven by the company president; Todd Boyt, and executive team, we are committed to fostering a just, safe, and inclusive environment for all workers, customers, suppliers, and community members across all of our operations, services, and community interactions. We affirm that all people regardless of ability, age, cultural background, faith, ethnicity, gender, gender identity or expression, ideology, income, national origin, race, sexual orientation, marital status, or veteran status, have the opportunity to excel and feel safe. Feedback received from the survey generally thought it was useful but suggested a discussion or a mix may be helpful. Other suggestions were to adjust or add an “I’m Indifferent” option to questions rather than “maybe”. In future strategy, we will look at conducting optional group discussions as well as surveys to compare interest and engagement between the two among the team. The goals outlined in this document are not exhaustive and as the JEDI needs of the team change so may the action items.
