Start at the top of Julia's Pick Up order Follow Ups folder in Gmail. Find the company name by looking up the last invoice sent.
Check to see if their order is still to be picked up or not.
If it has been picked up, sus out if they are a client that orders a lot in which case we don't want to spam them with emails. But if they are a new client or one that hasn't ordered in a while then we want to enroll them in the follow-up emails.
To do this, search their email address in HubSpot. In HubSpot on the left panel, you will see a drop-down titled: Pick-up - Enroll in Post-Order Follow-up Workflow? Select yes to enroll them. And HubSpot will take it from there!
Lastly, mark the email as unread and put it in Julia's archive folder.
