Loyalty + Referral Programs
Information about the loyalty + referral program for customers ordering via email
Referral Program:
- Existing clients earn a $10 reward for every new client they refer to us (who places a minimum $40 order). The new client will also receive $10.
- The new client needs to tell us who referred them to us so we can properly apply rewards.
- This is not something we will seek out - the new client needs to inform us.
- The $10 reward cannot be combined with the new customer discount or any other promotions. They are welcome to save the $10 reward for a future order - this encourages them to place future orders!
- Process:
- Manually enter the $10 rewards into the company’s HubSpot account (Referral Rewards)
- Note the date and the new client that each existing client referred to us in the Notes section to prevent confusion or duplication of rewards
- When points are redeemed, apply them in Cyrious as a discount, and manually subtract the appropriate amount of points in HubSpot (Referral Rewards section).


Loyalty Program:
- Clients earn 4 points for every $1 spent
- 100 points = $1 that can be redeemed on future orders.
- Points can be redeemed in $1 increments, up to $10 per order (100-1,000 points)
- Process:
- When a ticket is set to “Paid, Sent to Production”, enter the Final Order Total
- Subtract the shipping price
- Do not apply points to tickets for online orders - Shopify tracks those points automatically
- HubSpot will automatically calculate the points, and they will show up in the Loyalty Points section of the company’s account


These rewards are separate from Shopify's rewards. We can create a discount code or adjust their Shopify points if they want to place an order online or vice versa. Contact Kristina to make this happen. If Kristina is out of the office, contact Robby.
When points are redeemed, apply them in Cyrious as a discount, and manually subtract the appropriate amount of points in HubSpot.

- Clients with special pricing are eligible for both the loyalty and referral rewards.
- Clients will receive a monthly email with their referral and loyalty points balances.
